On the morning of April 24, 2018, our company's ECL-3x2000 steel coil leveling line was ready and shipped to Weifang, Shandong.
Another truck came to our company this morning to pick up the goods. The customer needs this line urgently. Our General Manager Sun has already issued instructions to put it into production immediately, even adding manpower to the painting process, working overtime to expedite the process.
While pursuing speed, we also firmly grasp quality control, from the charging trolley, decoiler, infeed device, leveling machine, bridge, deviation correction device, servo feeding, shear, conveyor belt, stacking device, blowing system, to the hydraulic pneumatic system, electrical system, and accessories, all are strictly controlled for quality.
For each item loaded, we will make a record, including the transmission device, hydraulic station, blowing device, and even the cable trough. We will send them with the complete equipment to ensure that the leveling line is a complete set, including all parts.
