2020 On April 30, the Shandong Provincial Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Development Promotion Center held a scientific and technological achievement evaluation meeting for the "1*1300 Edging Rewinding Machine Group" project developed by Jinan Eagle CNC Machine Co., Ltd. at our company.
This scientific and technological achievement evaluation was conducted in accordance with the principles of independence, objectivity, and fairness, strictly following the standards and procedures for scientific and technological achievement evaluation. The director of the evaluation committee was Mr. Ma Liqiang, a professor-level senior engineer from the China Machine Tool Industry Association. The main evaluation committee members included: Professor Zheng Zhongcai from Shandong Jianzhu University, Professor Tian Xinchen from Shandong University, Professor Dai Ruquan from Shandong Jiaotong College, and Professor-level senior engineer Miao Jinzhong from Jinan Auto Automation Co., Ltd. Mr. Li Nai Zhou, chairman of Jinan Eagle CNC Machine Co., Ltd., Ms. Sun Jianxiang, general manager, Mr. Dong Zhan Kui, head of the technology department, Mr. Huang Xu Qiang, head of the electrical technology department, and other project team members attended the meeting.
The experts attending the meeting carefully listened to the company's project report and made objective evaluations on the scientific nature, creativity, advancement, feasibility, and application prospects of the project. After questioning and discussion, the expert committee fully affirmed the project, 1*1300 The "Edging Rewinding Machine Group" project successfully passed the scientific and technological achievement evaluation 。
Jinan Eagle CNC Machine Co., Ltd.'s "1*1300 Edging Rewinding Machine Group" project has the following technical characteristics and innovations: Development of a through-shaft high-speed, high-precision trimming machine, improving cutting accuracy, achieving stable operation of thin plates (0.1mm), narrow edges (2mm), and high speed (400m/min) cutting, saving energy and materials; development of a tension stability control system under high-speed operation, achieving fast, precise and stable unwinding; development of a CPC and EPC based deviation correction system, ensuring the accuracy of single-side and narrow-edge cutting, and improving the neatness of the wound end. Products have been tested by the National Casting Forging Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and the main technical indicators meet the relevant standards. User experience shows good results and broad application prospects.
The expert committee believes that the overall technology of the project has reached the domestic leading level.
