Used to uncoil, level, cut to length, and stack metal coils into flat sheets of the required length. Suitable for processing cold-rolled and hot-rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel, and various other metal materials with surface coatings.
The production line mainly consists of an infeed trolley, decoiler, leveler, feeding mechanism, shear, conveyor, and stacking device. A slitting machine can be configured in the production line to slit the sheet into the required width, cut to length, and stack. It is a high-performance product integrating mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics.
