On July 16, 2018, our company received a visit from Mr. Takaya Taoka and his assistant, Mr. Tu, from Showa Denki Co., Ltd., Japan, to discuss Thailand's re-ordering of a leveling machine from our company.
Our company has been cooperating with a company in Thailand. In March of this year, the Thai customer requested a re-order of a leveling machine for use on their production line. However, the electrical control aspect has always been in collaboration with a Japanese company; therefore, we handle the mechanical design, while a Japanese company is responsible for the electrical control system.
Through negotiations with the Thai and Japanese sides, it was decided that the Japanese side would come to our company today to discuss the electrical control matters.

Mr. Li took Mr. Takahiro Taoka on a factory tour.
Mr. Takahiro Taoka, the vice president of the Japanese company, showed great interest in our company's machines and requested a tour led by Mr. Li. He was particularly interested in the design of our machine structures and praised the components we use.

Mr. Li introduced the leveling machine to the customer.
There happened to be a machine ready for shipment today, and Mr. Li took the opportunity to take the machine apart on site and discuss the details with Mr. Takahiro Taoka.

Mr. Li explained the cleaning device of the leveling machine to Mr. Takahiro Taoka.
Because of the installation of many motors, voltage power, and the use of solenoid valves and sensors, we needed a clear handover with Mr. Takahiro Taoka from the Japanese side, providing him with the most detailed list possible. Therefore, Mr. Li explained many details of the leveling machine to the customer clearly.

Mr. Li led our electrical design technicians in a discussion on this matter.
In order to resolve various customer doubts, Mr. Li personally arranged for electrical and design personnel to participate in this meeting, including questions about whether encoders could be added, ensuring that the machine's movements could be realized.

The meeting is drawing to a close.
This discussion meeting ended successfully. We responded to each question raised by Mr. Takahiro Taoka of Japan. Questions that couldn't be answered on site will be answered during the actual production process. Both sides reached a consensus and will work together to create high-quality equipment for the Thai side. Both our company and the Japanese side look forward to a successful cooperation!
