On September 22, 2018, our company conducted a test run of the mobile shear.
The mobile shear in the slitting line, also called a flying shear, has the characteristic that the shear moves along with the material as it travels.
Each mobile shear in our company undergoes machine inspection, wiring and power connection, and trial operation before leaving the factory to check if the machine runs smoothly without any abnormal noise.

Our company uses servo controllers to control the movement of the machine. The pictures above show our electrical engineers adjusting the servo controller parameters to conduct jog and continuous movement testing to ensure comprehensive inspection from multiple angles, providing customers with a perfectly functioning machine.

Stroke guide rail and anti-collision limit
Anti-collision limit is also an important indicator of our inspection. Anti-collision limits ensure that the machine plays a buffering role under special circumstances.
